بعد تجنيدهم من قبل الأشباح في النرويج، يتم إدخال هيبارد وبوث في موسكو مع فريق برافو. عندما لا تسير الأحداث كما هو مخطط لها، يتعرض فريق برافو لكمين ويتم فصله عن بقية أعضاء الفريق. يعمل هيبارد وبوث كفريق مكون من رجلين ويعتمدان على معلومات الميليشيا المحلية، ويجب عليهما القتال للوصول إلى هدفهما في مدينة مليئة بالأعداء. ومع أن الأرقام ليست في صالحهم بشكل واضح، فسيتعين عليهم استخدام أسلحتهم المتقدمة وتدريبهم للتأكد من أن الاحتمالات ليست كذلك.
