Zeroing:
Clean the surface of the meter heads with a soft paid, then rotate the measuring device to make two measuring surface contacts. Null lines of differential sleeve and fixed barrel do not align, use the following two methods to adjust.
If the 0.02mm (0.001") Error, use the ratchet stop to lock the screw tightly, then use a wrench to pull the socket fixed until the alignment of two zero lines.
All Ii, if the error is greater than 0.02 mm (0.001"),
Step 1, Use the Ratchet Stop to tightly lock the screw, then use a wrench to loosen the Ratchet Stop and remove the Differential Sheath.
Step 2, Re-Align the Null Lines of the Fixed Barrel and the Differential Sleeve, Then Place the Ratchet Stop Again If Necessary, Chlorine Again Using the Method I.
Note: You do not need to calibrate the micrometer during common use.The micrometer only needs calibration when it is very worn.
