Operation Instruction:
Insert the probe end into liquid, meat atleast 2 inches when measure the temperature
Keep the tip 1/2 inch from the bottom ofthe container.
Use the clamp hold the thermometer on theedges of the cups to prevent the thermometer from falling into the container.

Warning：
The dial is not water proof, clean it withwet cloth, do not wash the dial or put into dishwasher
Place in safe place from falling to theground, avoid damage
The thermometer range is limited to use upto 210 °F, ultra-high temperature will damage the dial
