Very functional for Manfrotto system users! The 15mm riser base plate for Manfrotto type 546 allows you quickly to attach and detach the camera and yet to switch different shooting modes in a second.
It integrated with a raising height system with up to 30 mm (1.18 inch) range adjustment via a wingnut screw so as to achieve a decent distance such as (+ -) 85mm optical center distance for matte box. Total height of the baseplate kit is from 65mm to 95mm.
Besides, combines a baseplate with 15mm rod clamp on the bottom for 15mm LWS universal rod rail system, which allows to mount two rods for ens support, matte box, follow focus or other accessories.
Equipped with abundant 1/4'' & 3/8'' locating holes underneath, the riser baseplate can work on most all camera tripod, cheese plate.
