Tips for a strong hold

Make sure your skin is dry
Always apply the plaster without tension.
Let the plaster unfold its full adhesive power for about 60 minutes before you use it
After the shower or after swimming, you should only blot the plaster slightly
Cut off the dissolves close to the skin.
Change the plaster every 7-10 days to achieve an optimal result.
