Our ceramic diamond core drill adopts vacuum brazing technology, filled with cooling wax, suitable for dry drilling, so the drill can cut harder materials at higher temperatures. When decorating kitchen or bathroom walls or fixing mirrors or installing showers in bathrooms, if need to drill holes in mirrors or tiles without cracking them, please use these diamond drills to make these holes very accurate
Steps to drill clean and precise holes:
1. Place the drill at a 45 degree angle, so the drill has the chance to start and will prevent the drill slipping
2. Slowly move the drill bit into a more up-right position and Continue to drill and swaying the machine along a circle
3.You don't need to apply too much pressure to let the drill finish the work. Once the drilling is completed, you will feel the drill break through the back of glass or ceramic tile
4. Be careful when using, because if you use it too fast, it may burn a little glaze and burn out
Use Tip
When using a cordless screwdriver, ensure the speed is above 1600 RPM.
When using a hand-held drill, make sure the speed is above 2000-3000 RPM.
