The Wet Bag by Beau and Belle Littles is made from 100% Polyeurathane Laminate fabric, with a YKK zipper so you can have confidence in the construction of the bag. The handle has a plastic snap that easily goes around strollers or your wrist for easy carrying. The bag measures 10"x15" with a 3" pleat. There's only seams on the sides so the stuff on the bottom doesn't leak out the bottom seam. It's not 100% waterproof so you can't fill it with water and expect it to stay dry on the outside. It's like an unsealed rain jacket. It will keep you dry unless in a downpour where the water can go through the seams. So don't plan on taking this with you down the river.
