Jendila's grappling mates are necessary for the aspiring fighter, a useful tool for when you cannot make it to the gym and those times when you need to use more force than your grappling partner can take. This product is sold UNFILLED and the best material for stuffing is shredded cloths or rags. Polyfil can be used but will not have the same support as polyfil is not dense enough, kids are the exception. 65lb weight limit for largest size, 30lb for kid size. Sand is not supported for this product.
