Parallel Products Cream Developer is specially formulated to activate the coloring properties in our Luxe Lash & Brow Tint. This activation assists in opening the cuticle layer of the lash & brow hair giving you the lush and natural color you've been looking for.

What's in the box…
Inside each Cream Developer box, you'll receive 25 mL of our PREMIUM cream developer. Each bottle comes with a leak-proof cap secured to assure you receive everything you want and nothing you don't. Additionally, you'll receive a precision pour cap for use after opening and detailed instructions on how to use the product.

Patch Test Instructions…
Always make sure to always patch test a mixture of the Luxe Lash & Brow Tint + Developer prior to use. To patch test, mix up a small portion and apply it to the inside of the arm. Wait 15 minutes and remove using a cotton pad and water. After this, wait 48 hours and closely monitor the application side. More detailed instructions on patch testing are outlined in the instructional pamphlet.
