This is the Bandai Spirits HG00 022 GN-0000 Gundam 1/144 Action Figure Model Kit. The 00 Gundam comes with a highly articulated GN Twin Drive backpack, two GN Sword II weapons that can also double as guns and becomes a fully articulated figure once complete.
