1. Sprockets are durable gears that are used in combination with roller chains to power all types of machinery. As the sprocket rotates, the teeth grab onto the chain and move other parts that interlock with the chain.
2. The speed of the sprocket should not over that allowed by a drive sprocket of the same size. Each roller sprocket has strong teeth that latch onto the chain. It is suggested that the sprocket has at least three teeth meshed with the chain.
3. Made of A3 steel (Q235), the teeth are high-frequency quenched, with high hardness and wear resistance.
