Directions: Just create a slurry of cerium oxide and water and apply it to a felt wheel or polishing cloth. Keep the slurry wet during the polishing by lightly spraying it with water. Buff the material with the cerium oxide slurry until the desired effect is achieved. Wipe down and dry with a clean microfiber cloth.
