USGI Nylon Web Sling. Current issue (NSN 1005-01-216-4510), Black Nylon with Steel Buckles, 52" long from end to end and 1-1/4" wide. These "Silent Slings" loop back thru swivels on rifle so no metal hooks connect to make noise. This is the style used since the 1980s and still being produced by US contractors here in the States. Slings will fit any rifle or shotgun with 1 1/4 inch swivels. Nylon construction, w/ 2 steel "figure 8" buckles to secure sling (these do NOT include the sling keeper or J hook)
