This is a pane of 20 stamps as pictured. ~ In 2004 the USPS issued this 37 cent stamp honoring Theodor Seuss Geisel (1904-91) wrote under the pen name of Dr. Seuss. He wanted to show children that reading could be fun. Dr. Seuss books usually feature a humorous story in verse with drawings of fantastic creatures like the Cat in the Hat, the Grinch, the Glotz, and the Skrink.
