Rubble is an English Bulldog puppy. In the team, he plays the role of the builder. His outfit is a construction worker's suit and a helmet. Rubble is very competent with equipment and can drive his yellow bulldozer masterfully. He also likes skateboarding and snowboarding.

Rubble is the most compassionate puppy in the Patrol. He cares a lot about the animals in trouble. This little doggie can sometimes even cry because of the strong feelings towards other creatures. However, he does not want others to see his weakness.
