Palmgren's CNC style is built for high precision part clamping. This vise is ideal for use in running production parts where flatness and parallelism is important. the moveable jaw delivers 1/2lb. of downward force for every pound of horizontal pressure which assures that the moveable jaw will not lift during machining. Equipped with a friction reducing thrust bearing also increases jaw clamping pressure for safe accurate clamping. Vise can be mounted upright or on either side. CNC style allows for compact spacing. Both sides ground square to within 0.001" with base and top.
