Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum) has been used in the Far East for approximately 4,000 years. In China, it is called Ling Zhi. Historically, it has been used as a longevity herb to support the liver, lungs and kidneys, improve energy levels and to help with trouble sleeping, and alleviate dizziness and mild complaints brought on by high altitudes. It is traditionally used to balance the gut microbiome by helping to restore normal flora and to help support brain health, memory, and learning.
Reishi Supreme is packaged in a bottle of 90 veggie caps, each containing pure Ganoderma lucidum without fillers, binders or excipients. The amount per capsule may vary slightly batch to batch due to growing, harvesting, and drying conditions.
