How to use Sticky Shoes: 1. Peel adhesive backing from the yellow side of the tab from a corner. 2. Place tab adhesive side down inside shoe and press firmly. 3. Peel the white side of adhesive backing off of the tab. 4. Carefully place foot in shoe. 5. Gently pull back the clear tab to remove. All set for a no-slip grip.
