How to use:
1. Cut Your Plaster Rigid Wrap Cloth into strips.
2. Use a strip of Plaster Rigid Wrap Cloth into a bowl of water.
3. Run your fingers over the Plaster Rigid Wrap Cloth to remove excess water.
4. Smooth the Plaster Rigid Wrap Cloth carefully over your balloon.
5. Continue to place strips of Plaster Rigid Wrap Cloth over your balloon until you have covered the form with at least two layers of plaster cloth.
