Original PCB board which control the paddle shifts on the rear of the Xbox One Elite Controller, these can be seen as P1 P2 P3 & P4. If your trigger/paddles are misfiring or non-responsive, a new replacement PCB board may well fix the issue. Both parts are original Microsoft parts and are perfect for direct replacements, repairs and warranty cover repairs.

Technical installation is required, the controller must be opened to install which may void any warranty.
