This is our bonding base coat. Also known as our sticky base coat version 2. Use as a base coat before you put on nail polish colors. This base coat is formulated to create a secure bond to the nail while still being flexible enough to avoid chipping and peeling. This is our toluene free formula, and it has better bonding than our previous sticky base coat. All of our polishes are cruelty free, vegan and *5-free (free of camphor, toluene, formaldehyde, dibutyl phthalate (DBP) or formaldehyde resins.)
