Description

Gerwin Designs, crafted with care, Potato Pouch is a multi-use, multi-purpose microwavable pouch to cook variety of vegetables to perfection. Potatoes, corn, carrots, are just a few examples of easy to cook foods in minutes. The pouches are handmade with attention to fine details for added durability and longevity. Rest assured that your pouch will last through re-use and re-wash, time and time again. INSTRUCTIONS (also included in bag) Wash potato/vegetable – do not poke – can be put in pouch wet. Cooking time for one medium potato with a 1125 watt microwave is usually 5 minutes. Don't put pouch on paper plate or any plate just lay in middle of microwave. If you have a more powerful microwave you may want to reduce the cooking power or time. After cooking leave bag in microwave another minute. They will continue to cook. Can cut multiple potatoes at a time. To test for doneness, poke the potato with a fork. If not soft enough cook another 3-4 minutes letting them set again for 1 minute. Pouch will be damp. Pouch can be used for any vegetable you cook in the microwave – you will need to experiment with the time and doneness you want. Use to reheat baked rolls or biscuits. The pouch has been serged on all seams for durability and to keep from fraying. DONOT use as a pot holder or set hot pots on. This can burn and wear the cotton down. Do not use if a there is tear or cut in the fabric. This makes it more susceptible to burning. All fabrics can burn in a microwave if left cooking for too long before cooling down. It is best to cook and let sit, cook and let sit.
