Wooden Kinetic Sculpture: "DejaVu" This is a very beautiful Kinetic Sculpture, designed based on the famous Moire Illustion pattern. It is an alternative version of the sought-after Deja Vu, with the lower section removed. I apply two different color stain to the spokes, to make the spinning pattern even more mesmerising. The Spring mechanism is hidden in the central part. Once fully wind-up, it can give the sculpture a running time up to 10 - 12 hours. The Illusion that the two circle are spinning in opposite directions is an example of Moire Illusion. HOW IT WORKS: wind up by hand to power (no battery, no AC power needed) and enjoy the rotating pattern of this beautiful and unique art piece. ASSEMBLY: about 30-45 minuts. Requires a drill (1/4" bit) and a hammer for anchors to wall mount and Philips head screwdriver. NOISE LEVEL: very quiet, some small ticking sound every few minutes.
