Dementia and Alzheimer's is an awful disease the elderly face as they age. Watching your loved one go though it or if you are a caregiver can be hard.. very hard!! struggle with this currently taking care of my mom, after my dad passed away recently she has gone downhill pretty quickly. It breaks my heart. Wish I was more educated on the matter prior to this so I decided to start making a line of jewelry to spread awareness on the subject.
