Installation method:
1.Open the flow switch
2.The switch has been set at minimum flow rate.
3.Press the target to check whether the micro switch can work normally.
4.After the installation, please press the lever of the flow switch several times to check. If there is no "click" sound, turn the adjusting screw counterclockwise until there is "click" sound.
5.The adjustment screw of lacquer seal is only used for the first time to adjust the state of flow switch.
6.Observe three operating cycles to ensure that the switch and the system to which it is connected are operating properly and cover the switch enclosure promptly.
Note:
1.It is absolutely forbidden to impact the wrench on the switch base plate, which will to the deformation and failure of the flow switch.
2.When wiring or debugging,cut off the power supply.
3.When wiring,it is absolutely forbidden to adjust any screws other than micro switch terminals and grounding screws.And connecting the wire carefully.
4.Special grounding screws must be used for wiring, and installation screws cannot be removed.
5.The blade of the flow switch cannot contact with the inner wall of the pipe and other throttles in the pipe, otherwise the switch cannot be reset normally.
