A.1 In a large pot, bring water to +/- 180 degrees Fahrenheit. A.2 After dressing your Turkey, make sure you drain it as well as possible. A.3 Place bird, head first into the bag. A.4 Push the air out. We do this by giving the bird a "hug." A.5 Twist the open end shut (make a pigtail) and secure with a zip tie. A.6 In the section of the Turkey between the top of breast, pierce a small hole. Doing this will ensure that air can escape. A.7 Then, dip the bag into the heated water (+/- 180 F) for 2 to 3 seconds. Dip again if needed. (Don't dip too long water will enter the bag through the small pin hole) A.8 Then dry of with a towel and if desired place a product label over the small pin hole.
