Ball Transfer Units
It is an Omni-directional load-bearing spherical ball installed in the restraining device. It is usually designed as a large ball supported by smaller ball bearings.
They are usually used in an inverted ball up a position where objects are quickly moved across an array of units, known as a ball transfer table, a type of conveyor system.
Tips
For transporting flat, smooth objects, such as trays
NOT for transporting stuff which has uneven or soft bottom surface, such as cloth wrapping
Can NOT be used as swivel caster to move on the floor
