Effortless Installation — First, measure the circumference of the pipe and cut the steel strip (remember, the strip should be longer than the perimeter of the pipe). Then, thread the strap through the hole on the side of the fastener with a screw head. Angle the strap upwards at 75-90 degrees to easily pass it through the other hole in the fastener head. Finally, tighten the set screws with a screwdriver.
