【INSTRUCTION】: Place the specimen on a solid surface, take the hardness tester, press the needle at least 12 mm away from the edge of the specimen to smoothly put the foot pressure on the specimen, so that the pressure needle is pressed vertically into the specimen until the foot is in full contact with the specimen when the reading in 1 s. Measure the hardness value 5 times at different positions at least 6 mm apart and take the average value (at least 15 mm for microporous materials).
