[T-SHAPED PTFE LINING] An upgrade from the original lining structure. The liner is designed in a T-shape, which enables tighter closure by increasing the contact area and simplifies the assembly process.
[MAX.240C/6MPa] The vessel is made of 304 stainless steel and an explosion-proof hole is designed in the vessel, which allows the reactor to be used at higher pressures. Most samples can be completely digested between 80 ~ 140℃.
[ENSURE SAFETY] Durable, long-term stability and prevents leakage. The matching PTFE lining withstand high temperature and pressure, corrosion resistant, insoluble in almost all solvents, and physically inert.
[EXPERIMENTAL USE] The hydrothermal synthesis reactor is a closed vessel mainly used for hydrothermal synthesis, crystal growth or sample digestion and extraction. The autoclave has been designed to use for external heating where the reactor can be heated in the oven, furnace or self-heating.
