Description

Innovating Science's lab-grade Guaiacol comes in a 250mL bottle. Scientifically, guaiacol is classified a liquid, yet its appearance is as a gel/solid below 82.4°F and as a liquid above 89.6°F. Guaiacol has a high affinity for oxygen, and in solution it binds instantly with oxygen to form tetraguaiacol, which is brownish in color. The greater the amount of oxygen gas produced, the darker brown the solution will become. Each bottle has safe handling and storage procedures printed directly on the label. This is a high quality chemical product manufactured in the United States.
For Laboratory Use Only. Not for drug, food or household use. Keep out of reach of children. For more information, refer to the Safety Data Sheet.
