How to install ?
Situation A (Use installation tools):
1.The hole diameter must be reserved. (Generally, the hole diameter of the preset hole is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the pressure riveting stud);
2.Use a rivet nut fixing tool such as a rivet nut gun to fix the rivet nut on the rivet nut gun to prevent it from falling off and applying pressure during installation;
3.The rivet nut is pressed into the preset hole of the thin plate through a press, so that the periphery of the hole is plastically deformed, and the rivet nut is tightly fixed on the thin plate;
4.Loosen the mandrel knob on the rivet nut gun, and separate the rivet nut gun from the installed rivet nut.

Situation B (No installation tools):
1.The hole diameter must be reserved.
2.First prepare a long bolt that is common in decoration projects, install the nut and some washers, and then install the rivet nut.
3.Place it into the hole you cut and then tighten down the nut and hold the bolt in place.
Its the best way to install it if you don't have a tool. If you find that the Rivet Nut also tuns with the nut try using grease between the washers so they can slide easier.
