The Comark Instruments PK19M type-K thermocouple probe measures temperature from -58 to +482 degrees F (-50 to +250 degrees C), has a 3.5" stem and a 1.5mm tip for reduced impact on food products. The probe handle is attached to a coiled lead that stretches to extend reach. Its sub-miniature connector attaches to a thermocouple kit or thermometer. It has a response time of 0.5 seconds for fast readings. This probe is designed for use in monitoring temperatures of food products.
