Why choose our brass nozzle?
Our 3D printer nozzles are compatible with printers that use non-metallic materials. 3D printers are mainly divided into metal consumables / plastic consumables, and plastic consumables are also mainly divided into PLA / ABS.
The brass nozzle has good thermal conductivity and can still maintain good performance under high-speed movement. Passivation process treatment, more stable performance. It also has a higher printing speed under the same printing accuracy. The nozzle maintains a stable temperature during the printing process to spread the filaments evenly, creating a more perfect printer project than ordinary metal nozzles.
The input hole is chamfered design, which is convenient for the material to enter the nozzle. The inner wall is smooth and mirror-polished, which will not cause the material block the nozzle. The mechanical thread is precise, the sealing performance is good, and there is no leakage.

-After replacing the nozzle, please recalibrate the distance between the nozzle and the bottom plate to ensure the quality of the printed parts. Keep away from children
