The guide rail installation steps are shown in the figure above 1. Remove the dirt on the assembly surface of the bed 2. Place the linear guide on the bed steadily, and let the side reference surface of the guide abut the assembly surface of the upper bed. 3. Lock the assembly screws to confirm whether the bolt holes are consistent, and roughly fix the bottom reference surface of the guide rail to the bottom assembly surface of the bed. 4. Use the lateral fixing screws to press the guide rail side reference surface against the bed side assembly surface in order to determine the guide rail position 5. Use a torque wrench to tighten the assembly screws in sequence with a specific torque, and press the bottom reference surface of the guide rail against the assembly surface of the bottom of the bed.
