Note:
Abrasion of the brass nozzle happens quite often when printing CoPA material. A wear-resistant nozzle, such as hardened steel and ruby nozzle, is highly recommended.
If this nylon material is used as the support material for itself, please remove the support structure before excessive moisture absorption. Otherwise the support structure can be permanently bonded to the model.
After the printing process, it is recommended to anneal the model in the oven at 70°C for 2 hours.
FAQs:
Why can't the filaments stick to the build bed?
1. Check the temperature setting before printing, Nylon filaments have higher extrusion temperature than that of PLA or PETG ;
2. Check if the plate surface has been used for a long time, it is recommended to replace it with our new one to ensure a strong first layer adhesion;
3. If the first layer has poor adhesion, it is recommended to re-level the print substrate to reduce the distance between the nozzle and the surface plate;
4. If the effect is not good, it is recommended to try printing the raft before printing.
