The Cooper-Atkins 50335-K Type K thermocouple 4.5" probe measures temperature from -40 to +500 degrees F (-40 to +260 degrees C), and has a 1/8" diameter for reduced impact. It has a response time of 4 seconds in liquid for fast readings. The polyurethane coiled cable extends to 4' and withstands temperatures up to 176 degrees F (80 degrees C).
