The Carlisle RSP14 OptiClean Bakery Tray & Sheet Pan Rack makes washing, storing and transporting bakery trays or sheet pans simple. The angled design allows pans to be positioned low enough to fit in standard commercial dish machine openings and take advantage of the multiple spray arms for superior cleaning.
The OptiClean RSP14 holds 4 full sized sheet pans and is certified by the National Sanitation Foundation.
