Description

Print at higher temperatures and improve accuracy with a Resistance Temperature Detector (RTD). The RTD Pt100 uses a platinum resistor for the ultimate in temperature sensing performance. Our Pt100 platinum resistance temperature detector is perfect for any Pt100-compatible 3D printers. However, if your stock printer is already set up to use a Pt1000, we recommend going that route to save you the hassle of having to mess with firmware settings. Please check to ensure your printer has a MAX31865 amplifier for RTD Pt100 sensors, otherwise the RTD Pt100 sensor will not work. For highest accuracy results, we recommend coating the RTD Pt100 with Boron Nitride Paste.
