The quarter turn valve control makes it easier to operate and requires little to no maintenance.
Low pressure valve with ability to withstand working pressure up to 1000 PSI. Allows maximum flow capacity with minimum pressure drop.
Reduced bore ball valve type. A type of valve with smaller internal diameter.
Consists of a body & end connection made up of a single piece of material. Has a solid cast body that decreases risk of leakage.
Made of stainless steel 316 material. 2 female NPT threaded ends on both sides. Works well in temperature range of -29°C to 150°C.
Description
Low pressure ball valves are generally used in water, oil, and gas applications. Also known as a shut-off valve, ball valves are used to control fluid movement. They are used to ensure smooth operation within the system. Ball valves are easy to handle and they require minimal maintenance due to their quarter turn valve control feature. There are three types of low-pressure ball valve; 1 piece, 2 and 3 piece. Depending on the flow of passage, these ball valves are designed either full bore or reduced ball valve. A 1-piece ball valve is made up of a single piece of material with a solid cast body that is able to minimize leakage. The ball valve trim and seals are loaded from one side of the end connection. 1-piece ball valve is always a reduced bore ball valve. It means that the valve has a smaller bore diameter than the pipe's internal diameter. The port size is unequal to the line size. This 1-piece body design is low-cost, but the valve cannot be taken apart from cleaning. The 1-piece ball valve offered is made of stainless steel SS316 material, and it can withstand up to 1000 PSI of working pressure. The connection type is NPT. 1 piece ball valve can withstand temperature between -29°C to 150°C.
