Product Description:
High Temperature Resistance:
Material of heating block and nozzle is upgraded, which can withstand the high temperature environment of 500℃
Print Smoothing:
Roughness of throat and nozzle inner wall is Ra0.4, which reduces blockage and makes printing smoother
Upgrade 2 Fixed Ways:
1. M3 top wire locks the anode black radiator and throat
2. 2 Titanium alloy screws are used to fix the heating block and radiator
Structural Upgrade:
A step surface limit is added at the bottom of the throat, nozzles are connected by threads, so that the sealing performance is better when the nozzle is locked, and the possibility that the throat of the heating block falls off and leaks during use is reduced

Product Installation:
Step1: Reduce the temperature of the printer heating head to below 30℃ as far as possible, and turn off the power supply of the printer head
Step2: Remove the magnetic attraction panel of the printer head, find the thermistor of the heating head and unplug the heating wire Step3: Unplug the old heating end with a screwdriver and remove the cooling fan on the heating end
Step4: Install the assembled heating head with an electric fan and install it back according to the disassembly steps
