Shield Technology HoneRite Gold is a highly concentrated honing and lapping additive that makes water non-corrosive. Suitable for use with all types of waterstone including japanese and diamond honing plates, as well as protecting powered wetstone grinding machines (Tormek etc.). Can also be used with "Scary Sharp" lapping film system. One 8.5 fl. oz bottle will make 6 quarts of honing fluid when mixed with water.
