The traditional ER chuck is easy to be locked in the cutter bar when it is installed, and cannot be removed. The eccentric nut is removed together with the chuck and cutter tool when the nut is removed. It nicely solves that problem.

Installation Steps:
1.Remove the nut and insert it eccentrically
2.Insert the cutter
3.Tighten the nut
4.Pull out the tool
5.Eccentrically remove the collet
