This is a genuine OEM replacement part designed for use with Ryobi nailers/staplers. No-mar pad is attached to end of a safety element to prevent the material that it is being used on from getting marred or dented by the pushing lever. It is a advisable to have several on hand as they do have a tendency to crack and deteriorate over time or simply get lost.
