SELF SHARPENING EFFECT: Our optimized microcrystalline structure of Ceramic Plus enables a much more subtle breaking down of the grain and constantly produces new sharp edges which results in an extremely high stock removal rate. Great for processing stainless steels, superalloys, and other high-density metals or for removing weld seams.
ATTENTION TO DETAIL: This product is coated onto a durable tear-resistant vulcanized fiber backing and adhered with a specifically engineered resin system and coated for hand-held application. The VSM Ceramic Plus resin fiber discs give fast metal removal which helps reduce operator fatigue and increase operator productivity.
SAFE AND EFFECTIVE: Our pack of 25 discs is top-size with cool grinding capabilities which helps reduce the heat while grinding, thereby maximizing the life cycle of the ceramic grain before heat discoloration of the metal. This disc is rated for medium pressured machine-use and is oSa certified, so you can count on your discs to handle extreme loads and offer maximum user protection while being easily interchangeable.
