Waterproof GORE-TEX Membrane - 100% waterproof and are engineered with GORE-TEX Extended Comfort Footwear technology that carries the "GUARANTEED TO KEEP YOU DRY" promise. Water stays on the outside while perspiration can easily escape from the inside.
