Here's how it works: The skin side of the tape firmly holds your heel in place using a hypoallergenic, medical-grade adhesive that is safe for your skin. The shoe side features an adhesive that securely attaches to the inside of your shoe.

The secret is in our patented, dual adhesive technology: one side of the tape is specifically formulated for the shoe and the other side is specifically designed for skin application.
How to use Sticky Shoes: 1. Peel white tab from Sticky Shoes adhesive tape. 2. Place adhesive side of Sticky Shoes inside shoe and press firmly. 3. Peel brown tab from Sticky Shoes and carefully place foot in shoe. All set for a no-slip grip!
