Please remember, this was crafted to fit regular type Sneakers, Dress Shoes, Flats or Low Top Shoes. These were NOT meant for Boots, Cowboy Boots, High Heels or Steel/Rubber toe footwear.
  • TARGET STRETCH: This stretcher is designed to raise the HEIGHT of the instep and vamp area and will NOT affect the width. It helps relieve the pressure on top of your foot with tight fitting shoes. Once inserted into your shoes take your time & go slow when stretching. We suggest leaving it for 8 hours or the following day.

These will not work with Boots, Cowboy Boots, High Heels or Steel/Rubber toe footwear. Between sizes? We recommend the smaller of the two.
