This Saucer hat base is made from woven stiffened sinamay abaca fabric and is an ideal size for making an instant hat and fascinators. Each base is edge with sinamay ribbon and is ready for you to decorate! And, it has a shallow curvature at crown for resting on the head. Get creative by positioning it at different angles on the head. Just add elastic or headband for securing to the head (not included but available in my shop!)
