Characterized by a lightweight design that features a modified midsole, this shoe offers optimal comfort and durable cushioning. Imitating the aesthetics of a retro basketball shoe, this traditional model also features a nostalgic ASICS logo, such as the tiger bands on the squares and the letters "ASICS" on the heel. The vintage basketball aesthetic of the JAPAN S™ shoe is paired with iconic and field-specific details inspired by the shoes worn on the field by basketball players in the 1980s.
